You agree to:
Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
Treat drivers respectfully.
Follow all applicable laws during your trip.
Avoid damaging the driver's vehicle.
Not use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Fares are calculated based on applicable pricing.
Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or waiting charges may apply where applicable.
Payments made through supported payment methods are final unless otherwise required by law.
Passengers and drivers may cancel rides according to the application's cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply where permitted.
The application requires access to your device's location to:
Find nearby drivers.
Calculate fares.
Provide navigation.
Improve ride accuracy.
Disabling location services may affect app functionality.
Your use of Xpress Cabs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Users must not:
Misuse the application.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Submit false information.
Harass drivers or other users.
Use the service for unlawful purposes.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and content within Xpress Cabs are the property of Xpress Cabs or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpress Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or transportation services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the application or on our website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
